Hello, maybe I'm just dreaming here but I'd like a mod that removes the charges concept from the game, I don't want infinite charges and I don't want enchantments that have no cost I just want permanent effects. Thank you for your time.

Just as it says, I'd like a lore friendly patch that increases both the base armor rating and spell breaking effects of Spell breaker when wielded by Wraith guard, as SB is a Daedric artifact and not just a dwarven artifact I think it should get more benefits from Wraith guard by boosting the armor and spell block values by 25 points each.
