Am I in the wrong forum? And, if so, where should I of posted this?

I have a fresh install of windows 11 pro, Steam, and Vortex. I am trying to get mods working with Planet Crafter. I have downloaded the extension and there are no error in Vortex. When I try to install 'BepInExUnityInstaller' it try's to find and download the BepInEx file but says it can't find the latest release and please got to GitHub and download it. So I got there and download it and install it in my Planet Crafter file along side Unityplayer. At this point everything seems find but when I download my mods and try to run them nothing happens in game. I have uninstalled and reinstall so many time and in different orders that i am at a lose as to what i am doing wrong.
