So i have about 50 mods installed all working perfectly fine gameplay wise, one issue that ive had recently is that my vortex detects installs and sets rules for my texture mod(Fallout 3 HD overhaul), but ingame there is no change. Ive gotten the mod to work a few days ago for about a week straight, then one day i touched my nvidia settings and after that my textures are not working, showing up or anything. Does anybody have a suggestion for my issues? Ive reinstalled it, enabled an disabled archive invalidation and so on. Most every fix ive tried, i wanted to know if it would make more sense to just manually install said mod.
