For New Vegas we already have things like Mariposa that allow us to be a super mutant. In 76 a big part of content that was cut is a player Mutation to be a Molerat human hybrid, and id love to see this in New Vegas or in Fallout 4.

I've seen a few rat mods, but only one follower that replaces Dogmeat that doesn't seem to work anymore. I'm really hoping that someone sees this and creates a simple mod that gives us a rat follower, and maybe other things from there. I'd love a playable rat, or even maybe a hat/mask similar to the kids mole rat costume from Fallout 3. Basically just anything involving normal rats, rad rats, and stuff like that. If there's any that anyone has seen, please post them or make them, I'd love to test them out.

The Cave Rat Outfit is absolutely my favorite armor/clothing and I get it every single run. I feel like giving it night vision and adapting the body of the outfit to T6M would be really neat... And maybe make it pink?
