I had the same issue. I downloaded just a single mod after the 25/04 update and the game worked fine for a couple of days. Suddenly, when turning on again the game some days later, I got your same error. Even by launching from steam and manually deleting the mod doesn't seem to help... The first time, the only way I could solve this was to delete fo4 and reinstall from zero without mods and then mod it again (vortex). The second time, just a couple of minutes ago, I had the same problem. I run the file integrity check on steam and it removed the mod and now the game works. Because I used a very light mod (enclave radio) I think I can play the vanilla game without many problems (ideally, it would be better to keep the mods to avoid savings corruption). Story short, it may be FO4SE that has many issues with the 25/04 update but I am not entirely sure. BTW, reinstalling FO4, vortex and placing the mods, I could play my game for a couple of days without savings corruption. Hope this helps a bit :)
