So I'm using Vortex to manage my Palworld mods, and so I downloaded the extension needed for that. Suddenly during an update I obtained two new extensions one for the Witcher 3 and one for Mount and Blade 2 bannerlord. I'll post a picture of what this looks like, but I'm curious as to what happened. Should I be concerned or is this a normal thing?

So I was recommended to use Vortex instead of manually installing my mods, so I tried looking up tutorials on how to install UE4SS with Vortex and found nothing. So my question is, which one would I install and use, or has mod installation for Palworld changed since I last checked. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
