Found out Titans of The New West was the mod that keeps crashing the game on startup... for some reason, it could be that I was in the Hidden Valley BoS Bunker but if so then that's even more annoying because that means that once that mods content actually gets used then you would have to never close the game else trying to start the game results in a cycle of non-stop crashes to desktop which barely makes any sense anyway.

After having played FNV for a while with a handful of mods on I decided to take a break for a bit so I closed the game, however once I retuned and tried to open FNV it would get to the startup sequence refuse to let me skip to the main menu and crash to desktop, I don't know why, I don't know how but it now will always crash if I try to open it with all my mods on, it works fine if I open it with no or a very small amount of simple mods but if I try to have all the mods on of which earlier worked perfectly fine it consistently crashes every time, I've tried reinstalling the game and that didn't work, I've tried turning off background processes to see if that would help and it didn't work, I've tried deleting my save to see if the problem was a corrupted save (Which in hindsight yeah I know that was pretty dumb) and surprise surprise didn't work, if anyone knows how to fix this your help would be greatly appreciated because I may or may not be losing my sanity trying to figure out why the game refuses to launch with mods on.
