yes i am using nif scope, i don't quite know how to explain it but i think it would be the uv map. it takes the base textures it uses it 4 times to cover the black jack table. the top two are right side up the bottom two images are upside down.

http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/4641/screenshot5m.jpg

crappy artwork aside that is my dilemma
-

i am working on the black jack tables as you sit at them. it splits the main part of the table into four groups, i can not get the image into one solid image because it spits it up in a way that you cant just piece it together correctly. is there anyway i can change the way it uses the image so i can make this work?

i see them as well, i am running quad core oced to 3.2, 8 gigs of pc26400 ram, and gtx470. my frame rate is garbage for some reason. i am thinking it has to do with the gtx470 driver. -

finding the fall out files
jasonpressler replied to jasonpressler's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Discussion
yea i was hoping it would be in its own folder but it isnt. also everytime you play it will connect to steam which is kind of anoying. i have already sorced a bunch of files but i do not know how to setup archive invalidator. the one for fo3 doesn't work. but you can use fomm to open up the bsa files. -
kind of a pain but they are there, you have to go into the steam folder steamapps/common/falloutnv all the files are there i am checking body mods as i am typing this

Fallout new vegas question
jasonpressler replied to I337iB3's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Discussion
i think a lot will change, fo3 is a pretty old game, a lot of things have changed since it came out. i am hoping they added a separate mods folder. it would make install and uninstall of mods much easier. i bet that fose will no longer be needed as well. it is just an add on to add more scripting options that weren't put in the game to begin with. new vegas seems to have a lot of mods that were on nexus for fo3, leads me to believe that the scripting is much broader then it was with fo3 -
Fallout new vegas question

if you are in the boat of steam needing to validate and no internet hook up, just unhook your hard drive and bring it to your friends house. you can install and get the validation from steam, then go home and put your drive back in. a lot easier then moving your pc over to said house. -
Information Way too late...

my rant was not knocking on steam as a system, i just think the release time is a bit ludicrous. if that is the case then it should have been 3 am release party's on the east coast, all my point is. -

yea i know it inst bugged, and i understand where the logic comes from i was stationed in wa. but just because it isnt 12 am there and it is here doesn't mean i should wait til 3 am. when i start class at 9:30 am it doesn't mean you have to go to the same class at 6:30 does it? just because i get it technically before the pacific doesn't mean that changed anything i have to do the next day. by there logic technically i cant stay up and wait, i have to be at class at 9:30am no matter what . soo if i were on the pst time and i got it at midnight and still had class at 9:30 its no big deal, but now put yourself in my shoes you have to wait til 3 am before you can even install and the game and you still have to be up at 8 to go to school. that's where the logic fails, just because i get it before you doesn't mean the rest of my schedules changes. why don't we all just wait until Europe gets it too? there on the same time as us right? -
