Vortex never had installed Fallout New Vegas, only the ones you can see at the screenshot. Edit: Unhided bundled, found Fallout New Vegas and followed your advice. Thanks! -

Vortex 1.13.1 and older versions There are now extensions for 5 games which I do not own (never installed). The last one I can not even deactivate without getting a message to repair from the program! I can't believe that no one noticed this error....
