i am kindof new to modding so if it's something simple im not aware of, please let me know. Ive modded new vegas perfectly fine tho for almost a year without a problem though. fallout 3 crashes upon startup. right after the "please stand by" screen when it starts, but only when i have mods installed, it works perfectly fine without them. i've tried many different mods seperately, as well as downloaded patches and such and they all had the same problem. i have seen other users in the past have this problem, but it was always over a mod conflict but i cant exactly fix that when every mod messes with the game, what do i do?
