  1. @JimboUK @laclongquan @Pellape and everyone else reading this. (Again) If you look at my profile and come across a Fallout New Vegas mod, it’s not Rebuild Hopeville, it’s a patch for Home On the Wastes. This is because Home On the Wastes is a mod that will be integrated into Rebuild Hopeville, but unfortunately, it needs a patch. So, in order for Rebuild Hopeville to be perfect, I need to release this patch. Thank you !
  2. @JimboUK I agree, I also asked for permission to use several well-known mods, such as Home On The Wastes.
  3. @JimboUK @laclongquan @Pellape and everyone else reading this. I finally decided to completely finish the mod before releasing it, but just so you know, the mod doesn't stop at Hopeville and the Divide it extends to Primm as well! So, it might take a bit more time because I want this mod to be perfect... Thanks You
  4. @JimboUK @laclongquan @Pellape I think that within today and the next two weeks, I will have released the mod. Currently, the map and the dialogues with voiceovers are ready, but the quests are not yet implemented. I tried not to fix Hopeville too much, so the storm is still there... But if you think it's too repaired, let me know. I also added a 'junkyard' for more realism. And yes, I read all your recommendations, Pellape, and used some of them. Thanks
  5. @Pellape Yes, I learned I understand because I did Latin when I was younger, it's really interesting. I could use all this information for my mod. Just let’s go back, is this lore-friendly/canon?"
  6. @Pellape As for the bugs, there are NVAC and the 4GB Patcher.
  7. @Pellape For the NCR, it’s before, but for the Legion and the BOS, it’s after, as they will be able to defeat the NCR, just like in FPGE.
  8. @Pellape So, for the energy issue, solar panels on streetlights and buildings could be a solution, like what this mod proposes: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/37908.
  9. @Pellape @JimboUK @laclongquan As already mentioned, the mod can be used before the Second Battle of Hoover Dam as well as after (FPGE), since the Fallout Wiki itself states that this was one of the NCR’s most important supply routes. So, it’s plausible that the NCR could retake the Divide to support its troops... even before the Second Battle of Hoover Dam. (With Ulysses dead and Dry Wells nuked.) In the region also known as the Divide, the community's location along a sparse, but active trade route served as a connection to the communities of the Mojave Wasteland to the east, and the wealth of the New California Republic to the west as travelers from the latter began to traverse it, establishing a new supply line to the region as a means to bolster their military occupation of the Hoover Dam in the former. This drew the attention of Caesar's Legion, who attempted to cut the new connection despite their recent loss to the NCR in the First Battle of Hoover Dam.
  10. @Pellape To begin with, I think that idea might be going too far. Otherwise, I’ll also make a Legion alternative as well as one for the Brotherhood of Steel (BOS), but there will never be an option for the NCR to ally with the Legion or the BOS. I might add The Followers as an NCR ally. As for vehicles, it’s definitely possible—there’s already a great mod that proves it [ https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/62758 ].
  11. @laclongquan @Pellape @JimboUK That's why I explain that the Legion should be nuked, and with other mods, the NCR has complete control over the Mojave, just like in my game—with Ulysses dead. (Claim the mojave)..... As for water, the NCR could easily transport it with trucks and work on creating reservoirs. As for photosynthesis, ancient people managed to survive before, even though this storm already existed back then. And finally, the NCR would retake this location even if they haven’t yet destroyed the Legion before the Battle of Hoover Dam, as they could easily bomb Dry Wells to cut off the Legion’s supply line and rebuild the Divide to prepare for the Hoover Dam battle. So, Lore friendly ?
  12. It's very interesting, but it doesn't really tell me if it's lore friendly or canon for you.
  13. I'm creating a mod where the NCR has taken over Hopeville. After all, why would the NCR—the most powerful faction in Fallout—leave this major route in ruins? In my mod, Hopeville is rebuilt and filled with NCR flags and equipment and npc, even inside the buildings it's rebuilt. I'm making this mod to focus on NCR gameplay, so no more Khans, the Tox, or the Omertas. With other great mods like Claim the Mojave, the NCR becomes extremely present in the Mojave. I also recommend having Ulysses dead at the end, based on your preference. So, do you think my mod can be canon ? Thanks You
