Hey my friend. A rule that worked for me is always load the mods that work as a library first, and then the dependents of that and for last scripts and other things that comes with it.

Hey, i was with the same issue the thing that worked for me was erase all the mods from the mods folder and re-install then with the bg3 mod manager. Hope it helps
