As the topic says, when playing, if I happen to die, or if I choose to load a save from the menu, about %70 of the time the game crashes, I've tried Save Cleaning, verifying the files via. Steam. Using LOOT, I find no conflict between any Plugins or Scripts. At times, the loading screen will show, other times it may crash before the loading screen appears.
