  1. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/46554 there is this mod, badlands 2, landscape is insanely good and the grass is beautiful, maybe wayyyy too beautiful. most areas feel nice, have a decent amount of grass, since this is meant to be used along with desperados overhaul there isnt that many, however the areas near greentop nursey and the glowing sea... my god its f*#@ing horrible, at the greentop nursey he just placed 500 trillion pieces of grass f*#@ing everywhere, the fact that even at the lowest grass generation distance this s#*! lags my game makes me think he unironically made every single one of the grass pieces 4k or something, the grass clips trough everywhere in that area, nothing is f*#@ing safe, it looks disgusting and excessive, theres f*#@ing grass growing under the water, im trying not to be rude but jesus christ. on the glowing sea its also incredibly laggy, not as much as in the other area but its still bad and it just makes me feel that for a small piece of grass i dont think it should have that much quality, even with the ini config density, idk how its called set to 70 its still performing like ass, on top of this the glowing sea is filled with these grass pieces that have yellow flowers on them, this isnt a problem at short distance but from a long one it just makes the entire landscape look yellow, it feels like it wasnt tested at all. want to know the worst part? for some reason whoever made this added these long ass weeds. half your characters lenght, it feels good when individually and in certain areas, but for some reason, even though this is meant to be used with desperados, he just added a s#*! ton of these on some parts of the glowing sea, and they absolutely kill your framerate since they are so f*#@ing detailed, he could have just made it green, since you know, desperados has GREEN trees on the glowing sea but there is 10 million of these giant dead yellow weeds all put together and it just looks horrible and lags the game. there is also a problem with the light map? i think on some of the plants, however this is a known minor issue and doesnt matter that much as long as you are not using your pip boy. i love the mod and i cant get it out of my modlist, but i genuinely cannot play with this framerate on these areas, its genuinely impossible. there is a mod that partially fixes the clipping on the road. so i was wondering if someone could replace these giant weeds with green grass textures (from this exact same mod) i think it should be pretty simple and downscale the texture of most if not all of the grasses to provide a better performance. idk if this is hard to make but it would really be amazing to me >pic is the grass near the glowing sea, it looks far worse in-game and it ruins your framerate like i said before
  2. a mod that makes it so your neighbors, like for example, Mr. Rosa, end up surviving and getting ghoulified without turning feral, thus removing the random encounter and making a new one or placing all of them in diverse places across the commonwealth, make them recruitable settlers too. and a mod that makes the frozen people on vault 111 live, (except for nore) empty the pods and put them outside of the vault as recruitable settlers

So i had this neat idea of replacing the existing raider gangs with the New Vegas gangs: Jackals Vipers Great Khans Fiends Scorpions White Legs The 80s Powder Gangers and Greasers while also keeping a few of the main raider gangs (and most recognizable) in the game like the forged, the nuka world raiders and the ones who reside in lexington Of course this would require new clothes to be created for these characters along with some other things, i have zero idea on how to mod, i assume this would be incredibly difficult to make, but i think its a good idea and it would fit very well with nuka world legion overhaul, MNO and badlands 2 + desperados
