Ads causing redirects/Fake McAfee Ads/Large Ads (Sept 2024)

It's still happening to the point that nexusmods is unusable with the constant redirecting. Scam sites, including Operagx downloading without permission, and more. Hopefully this is solved soon because it's extremely frustrating and I'm just hoping I don't get a virus from this mess.
