  1. Title pretty much explains it. There are endless beggars and refugees scattered throughout Rivington and the Lower City and I would like to be able to give them some gold. I've resorted to dropping gold in front of them in my playthroughs because I always end up with way more than I have use for. There is a particularly aggravating example with a mother asking for help for her sick child near the docks and you are given no option to help them, despite them being named and interactable unlike most of the other beggars. If someone could create or point me to a mod that just lets me donate some gold by interacting with them, even if there is no actual dialogue or cutscene or anything, I would love you forever. Moreover, if there is a mod that lets you help the tiefling refugees begging at the door of the open hand temple, or especially one that lets them inside, I would love that more than anything. My Tav is a cleric of Illmater who's run was defined by helping the tiefling refugees as much as possible and getting the no one left behind achievement. So Rivington is a pretty infuriating segment. Even once you solve the open hand temple murders, even if you spend a week of long rests in Rivington, there will still be Tiefling refugees starving and begging at the door of the temple every day like nothing has changed. Sister Yannis says "we can help the refugees again!" but the actual refugees outside their door still stand their begging for scraps, and again you can do nothing to help them despite them having names and being interactable. I have no idea how or if a mod that changes this is possible, but if is, and if it exists or if someone creates anything like it, please let me know! Willing to pay within reason if this interests anyone!
  2. As someone who likes to roleplay as a protector of innocents, this game is a deeply frustrating experience for me at several points and what I'm suggesting here could make a big difference I feel. There are so many fights, particularly in act 3, where it seems larian really really really wants you to just let innocent allies get murdered and move on with your game, but that's not how I like to play. They are low on health, in a dangerous starting location, and you aren't even able to target them for all healing and buff spells because they aren't counted as an ally. I'm sure others of you have ran into this and it's quite frustrating for me because even when you focus all your efforts on healing and protecting people, there are many points in which you simply won't be able to save them all unless you save scum. Most frustratingly, a spell like mass cure wounds or preserve life will often not affect these npcs. because even though they're behaving as an ally, their icon is yellow not green and seem to be considered just neutral. For example, the counting house fight, there are bhaalists placed near all the cashguards and almost always target them first. Yet these guards aren't counted as allies and can only be healed individually, which usually guarantees at least one of them is going to die, despite any and all efforts. I was wondering if there exists a mod, and if not if someone could create one, that makes it so that any npc who is fighting on your side of the battle or being targeted by enemies is counted as an ally, and thus will be able to be included in spells like Mass Cure wounds and Preserve Life. Maybe even a mod that makes npcs able to be 'downed' and still healed or helped like a party member instead of instantly dying when reaching 0 health. If anything like this exists or does in the future let me know!
