Hm, are we the only ones having these issues?

Hi there, I have a problem. Out of nowhere I´m able to use frag grenades and 9-bangers, even though I don't have such a mod installed. They are not shown to me in the HUD in the shape of a grenade, but as a square. I removed all mods from the PAK folder and reinstalled the game. The hand grenades and 9-bangers remain. Any idea how I can get rid of these?
