I'd say my 2 biggest issues are deftly solved just by editing engine fixes

Thank you dialog is working as it should now, now just to find out why chucks of ground terrain disappear but load in when i reload the save if this didnt fix that to.

Also have terrain that disappears but will reappear when I reload the game in the same area, however every time I move to a new area ill see these empty spots here's a screenshot of what I'm seeing.

Anyone with any clues to might be what's going on, I've tried disabling most if not all the mods that add dialog but still lost running mostly my full loadout right now and cannot sell to anyone in whiterun.

Hi, working on a lo but running into an issue I'm having trouble sorting. The issue is unless I reload my game or get lucky I cannot bring the dialog window up and even when I can a lot of the time the merchant dialog is missing. Right now I cannot activate the alt start Mara statue unless I reload the save, so I'm assuming most of the rest of the dialog is having issues. I am actively trying to figure this out so what's enabled and what's not is changing often, but still any guesses or ideas would be beneficial. I'm posting a full list of every mod I have in mo2 not all are in use I had some animation issues that I plan to resolve later right now I just want to be able to sell stuff and use various other options for the enchanting/crafting dialog I'm supposed to have along with a current plugin lo list.
