When starting Vortex it freezes with the message "Loading Extension"

Vortex version: 1.12.6.0 What game: not sure if it has anything to do with the game How many mods: 0 What environment: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (Build 19045.5131), 16GB RAM When I launch Vortex, I get the Vortex splash screen and then the application window loads and gets stuck on "Loading extensions". A fresh reinstall did not change anything. I completely uninstalled the application and manually deleted all the remaining files I could find on all my drives. Unfortunately, this did not help. vortex.log
