I am wondering if anyone here plays Hitman 3 that can make a mod to give yourself merces. Thank you

Hi guys, I am new to mods and I have a question. Last night I installed a mod called "Better Night Light" and "Darksaber (red-glow). The "Better Night Light" mod worked for everyone in my server and was a great new upgrade. The Darksaber red glow mod only was visible to me when using the sword. Can someone explain why this is? The mods were installed using the same process. Why is one mod showing for everyone and the other only showing for me? Thanks!
