Hello mate, Just had this issue pop up myself after messing around with Reshade. My character was fine in creator and in the inventory but in game was completely different. As soon as i unintstalled Reshade from Cyberpunk, all my skin colours and textures appeared to properly match in game again. Hope this helps!
