Had the same issue happening to me recently but with ede's mission. I got the audio call that Ede gaves you after the two triggers, and when the dialog stops I lost the UI and can only rotate the camera The problem fixed itself after making a new save just before initiating dialogue. Not saying that this will fix it for you but it won't hurt to try. You can also force the first stage of the final mission by using console commands. Less satisfying but could get you out of the stuck. Best of luck
