Hey, so I've been looking for some sort of mod that alterts the fire rates of the power weapons in the game as a .45 cal pistol shooting as slow as it does in the game really bugs me. I Have a decent amount of coding experience and I'm down to learn just haven't been able to figure out how to make such a mod myself, I'd only like to alter the fire rates for power guns specifically and change nothing else. Any help? Cheers.
