No one knows?

I downloaded Vortex and via mods with it. I opened game but while opening I take dll errors like "modules/harmony/bin/harmony.dll not found" I checked the modules folder and there aren't any bin folders at every mod folder. So I decided to download manually. This time I take "the application faced a problem we need to collect necessary files to fix this problem" error and crash. what Can I do with that?
