Are you really really sure that you have the correct and complete key? It starts with 0B0 and ends with 475. Just to be sure, here's a link to the complete key: https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonagetheveilguard/mods/395?tab=posts (see comment by LameJames1212) Also make sure that there are no spaces or other stuff in the beginning or end. Other than that, I have no idea. Good luck.

Huh, that's weird. I just learned that instead of deleting and re-installing Frosty, it's sufficient to delete the [Game Name].key file in the Frosty folder. You could check if for some reason there is already a DAV key file and delete that. If that still doesn't help, I am unfortunately at a loss.

Hm, are you using the latest version of Frosty? I think the current version is alpha 5v2. Some older versions are not compatible with Veilguard.

I had the same problem and tried to google a solution but couldn't find one. Then I realized that I forgot to copy a letter of the encryption key, i.e., I entered the wrong encryption key. I found no way to correct that. Removing the game and adding it again was not enough. The only thing that worked was deleting Frosty and re-installing, then entering the correct encryption key. Hope that helps. Edit: Instead of deleting Frosty, you can delete the [GameName].key file in your Frosty folder, then you will be prompted to enter the encryption key again.
