If it assists, this is how I got the game working again. I updated the following mods to their latest versions... Appearance Menu Mod RED4ext Equipment-EX Codeware ArchiveXL ... and then I ran REDmod deploy from the tools menu in Vortex (it'll take a couple of minutes). I have 140 mods in my collection and - so far - the game runs 2.21 with no CTDs.

Yeah, I have 140 mods which I didn't want to stop working. Fortunately I can run the game through Nexus Mods rather than Steam

Anyone know if the latest patch is breaking mods?
