i don't understand this, i hope it help

yesterday i still could download mods from nexus but for some reason , today i can't download anything , the button just stays there and do nothing. i have been searching for fixes ,i have done everything , even deleted my adblockers to antivirus software , disable tracking prevention in setting (edge) i downloaded java script , updated my Dell laptop , checked the time automatic update if it's off , upgraded my graphic card (not related), turn VPN on and off. and it's still not working.
