The Yangtze submarine was meant to be used in a quest where you go to a hidden vault somewhere in the ocean, I'd guess there's working ocean vessels(or maybe long distance vertibirds) -

ENB has an FPS limiter, as for ocbpc I have no idea. -
As the title says, all I really want is an updated mod for NV that adds zombies.

Try doing a fresh install of ENB, though knowing which preset you're using would be nice.

oh and some overhauls around that area will be raider themed too to show their influence(implied that they have forces up the concord from the mention of Raiders being sent there in Corvega and the raiders that spawn there)

I’m planning on doing something like this with Lexington while staying lore friendly, my idea is to add more raider outposts in the city but with most being abandoned(as to stay lore friendly) and then obviously add some more stuff to the streets to make the place a bit more different other than the outposts.

I believe there's a script to have certain objects only appear after certain quests such as the BOS arrival or the Hull quests in Far Harbor so I could probably just copy those scripts but put some different quests.

I'm thinking of adding a faction territories system to FO4 where after certain quests with different factions they gain more area near their different bases but how can I do this?

I can't pitch this to Bethesda so I'm putting it on here, but basically a recreation of the DLCs that have extra world spaces(The Pitt, Nuka-world, etc.) where it's a different character at a different time, so Far Harbor could be a survival horror where you can be a part of different factions years before the Sole Survivor came, or Nuka-World could be after Open Season, or even during the Raider Invasion just trying to survive. The Pitt could be after the events in the FO76 Pitt but before the FO3 Pitt. Idk it's just an idea I had where each DLC could be it's own mini-Fallout game instead of just being the Sole Survivor.
