  1. I love Skyland AIO by Skyking, He's done amazing work. I only have 1 beef with his textures, His mod changes the appearance of bone clutter and gives them a smooth look that I dislike such as *Human skulls *Troll skulls *Dragonbones If I knew how to mod I would make a super small texture pack that can be used to overwrite Skyland and return the vanilla Skull/Bone clutter textures but unfortunately Its beyond my abilities. Would anyone know of a texture pack that does this or is anyone willing to make a quick texture pack to return said Items to vanilla?
  2. Thank you for your reply. Using Nifskope, CK, and xEdit is beyond my knowledge scope unfortunately, The only thing I currently know how to do is find the Form Id of an object through informative console mod in game and set an initially disabled flag in xEdit to deal with some minor conflicts. I think being able to tell M02 to "ignore" a certain texture shouldn't be to hard for me to grasp if you're willing to elaborate further on the process?
  3. Did you have a suggestion because Im open to them? I want to make this look better
  4. I'm not a fan of the retexture for most skull and bones provided by Skyland Bits and Bobs Clutter Overhaul, Trolls and Human skulls and skeletons. Is there a way to Hide/Delete the textures from this mod? I prefer the vanilla textures for these specific Items, everything else is done very well in my opinion. Could someone please tell if its possible and if so how can it be done?
  5. I have a great grass mod and some city overhauls, Specifically Wildlands Renewal Ground Cover and Landscape improvement (Grass) and Thuldar's Ivarstead (City Overhaul). Problem is that the grass mod is growing grass in some unwanted areas in Ivarstead mod. Now I have installed a few grass limiter plugins that remedy this to some degree and I could install another that would completely remedy the issue however, it would also drastically cut back on the grass mods capabilities and coverage which I don't want. So I'd really like to learn how to take these two plugins and create a patch that would manually remove some of the stubborn grass but leave the rest of skyrim intact. There are also some areas around whiterun, like grass inside streams where it shouldn't be that I would like to manually remove. Problem is that I have no idea how to do that specifically or where to start. Would anyone be so kind to offer some great beginners guides, tips, videos on how to accomplish this?
  6. Thanks ZeroOblivion27, Yea after a bit more experience I'm starting to think that its the way skyrim blends snowy textured landscapes into non snowy textured landscapes. probably through shaders maybe? Doesn't seem like anyone has gotten it right just yet in the moding community. I'm currently running Nature of the Wild lands Landscape and ground cover overhaul and it seems to help a lot, also running Nordic snow which has helped the overall appearance of snow, but the jagged snow/frost seams are still there and prevalent all over skyrim although less noticeable. Thanks for the reply, maybe the realistic snow mod will help.
  7. Hello Community, So I'm modding Skyrim currently and I run across some hideous textures/effects of which I distain. I can only describe what I'm seeing as Vanilla Skyrim's attempt to "Frost Cover" things. Really just looks like someone took a white can of spray paint and did whatever :( It's not snow... No snow is thick and fluffy and beautiful. This is more of like a very thin layer of Ice or Frost on the ground, covering some grasses and areas (Very Poorly). Its really terrible. These effects are prevalent ESPECIALLY in Morthal. I also have great issue with the small iceflows / ice buildup allegedly "floating" on the waters surface in Morthal. Here is a link to the offensive and ugly textures in question: https://imgur.com/a/y2KaJwv I'm writing you lovely people today because these Vanilla eye sores have assaulted my retina for far too long. Would any of you brave souls have the courage to assist me in vanquishing what ever these are once and for all by suggesting a Mod/Fix/Work around specifically tailored to tackle the issues described?
