When i was stopping the management of a game in vortex (i was stopping the management of fallout 4 and vortex automatically switched to skyrim) an error appeared: "ERROR failed to load plugins dlccoast.esm is not a valid plugin" or smth like that (that is a plugin of fallout, not skyrim), i didnt give it so much importance, i relaunched vortex and the error wasnt there, the problem is that for some reason all my plugins from skyrim were disabled and after restore them with a game save as someone said, the game have stuttering when playing it in borderles window when before that i could play it without any problems. What just happened? the load order changes if the plugins got disabled and enabled again and it causes the stuttering? or did that error messed somehow some skyrim files or configuration? I dont know. (sorry for my bad english) Edit: tried to look at the logs but this happened back in 23 of february and the oldest log i have is from the 28 of that month

Okey tyvm, im just kinda paranoid when wanting to clean absolutely all so there is no future conflicts for my previous mods

just wanted to ask that if i uninstalled fallout 4 and want to clean all before installing again, it is safe to delete appdata/roaming/vortex/fallout 4? the entire folder. I previously uninstalled all mods and stop managed it thru vortex but it still has .ini files with configurations and more stuff that idk if it will affect the new install
