If I run the launcher, I can even load an old game and it will work with broken mods, but the save will start. And the new game probably also, how can I load an old save

I turned it on with a regular launcher, it works fine. But SKSE still crashes. Apparently SKSE doesn't support newer cards, it already worked on the old one ;/

Well, I launched the launcher. The card was not detected the first time and the second time. Then I changed something in the graphics settings and nothing.

I have replaced the graphics card with RTX 4060 Ti 16 GB and SKSE does not turn on. Previously it worked normally, but after the change it broke down. the regular launcher starts, skse doesn't work even with mods disabled. Do I need to set something after changing mods or how to fix it? The start screen turns on and immediately says "Skyrim has stopped working". Please help.
