I'm completely new in modding and I have no former experience with beyond using mods. Moreover I'm not on Discord and I won't join it. I did not found anything helpful/precise via Google or AI-searches yet.
What I achieved already is translating a mod using ESP-ESM-Translator (and xTranslator) and saving the translation into the original mod. So I can play the mod in my native language by myself. That works fine for me.
But publishing the full ESM is no option for payed creations like "McClarence Outfitters" (EN --> GER, text only, no audio). Using strings seems not to be working with "Starfield" as it did for former Bethesda games I never played by myself.
But how could I create a translation mod patch (instead of a full ESM) using the CK? I found no way to export string parts via CK or import the translation XML into CK as mentioned in an AI search result.
xEdit64/SF1Edit64 seems to be reachable only via Discord atm. That's why I have'nt it available. Moreover it seems not to support med and light master files. So I'm afraid it's not the best way to do that and - hopefully - not the only way to achieve that at all.
But if creating a translation mod patch using CK would be possible I've found no working description, how to do that yet. It would be really kind to get a step-by-step-advice.
