Hello! Was looking at one mod for an apartment overhaul that mentioned "added smartframe" and it got me thinking about posters and graphics. Would a mod be possible to add+replace posters and billboards around the city to all be smartframes that you could customize? Basically a workaround for those who don't use modding kits to add their own pics all over the place. And maybe even get them to work with animated gifs? Would be great for billboards. Just smartframe everything so someone could add pics to the folder outside of unpacking an archive file. Totally redo city art.
