How could you write so much yet explain so little. The announcement is full of empty promise explains nothing while ignoring most of the feedback and basically told the people who don't like the new change to suck it up.
I may be neutral to the UI change but the dev attitude and ignorance to the whole backlash is certainty not helping them.
