I decided to get back into playing Fallout: New Vegas, but I never play a Steam game on my Lenovo Ideapad 1i without Mods, and my go-to app for downloading any mods is Vortex Manager. So, I tried to download Vortex's setup file, only to notice that every single file I have tried to download has been getting corrupted or damaged, and preventing Vortex from installing properly because every attempt for the past 23 (or 24) minutes has resulted in me downloading a 166kb file when it's supposed to be a 152-megabyte file or a 162-megabyte file. And I have tried several of the Installers on the site itself, including the latest version. I even tried to download Vortex from GitHub, only to end up with the exact same error. Does anyone know if this is being caused by a missing .NET Framework that I could have sworn was already installed? I had this issue in October with that month's version, so I went for an older version. And during my panic "meltdown", I kind of deleted it with no possible way to recover it...
