Why mention Skyrim necessity survival mods but not current Fallout 4 necessity survival mods? I have Primary Needs installed, and it does a decent job at creating the need for food and water on a regular basis to stay healthy.

Well, it was being caused by CoT. Disabled it and water is back to normal.

I am having this strange blue mist effect pretty much in every river, lake or town; where the mist is supposed to be white. Here is a list of mods that I am running attached to this post. I tried uninstalling WATER got an instant main screen ctd. Tried uninstalling Climates of Tamriel, instand main screen ctd. Unchecking them from the mod list maintains the problem. Please help!

Currently, whenever a Mage or Archer shoots at me, they always shoot the arrow/spell directly where I am with no chance of missing the target if I stand still. I would like to apply a Mod that changes this unrealistic perfect aim possessed by all Npc's and want some more randomly off target ranged attacks (more like in Fallout 3/New Vegas) to maintain a feel that not everyone who can shoot an arrow or a fireball has aim-bot on his side. Please let me know of any existing Mods that can accomplish this.
