oh i figured it out, its a known bug permanent quest item something, and you retain the stats of the item that was removed.

i was wearing my necromancer amulet as a quest item, did this quest and couldn't equip it again after. i got the item back in the nightstand after mannimarco quest and still cant equip it no matter what i try =[ i tried adding and removing quest tag, adding new ones to inventory, force equipping it on myself with console

put like 60 hours in so far on expert and here is the tier list 1. durable daedric shortsword - best base damage for weapons that use a 4 attack combo (dagger/war axe other 2) , and 4 attack combo means it has 4 doses of enchantment each combo. seems to be the best damage for me so far. 2. durable daedric dagger/crimson eviscerator - 4 attack combo, less base damage 3. perfect madness longsword - good base damage and blade so it has the blade perks so it beats out the war axe i think?? not sure on this 1 4. perfect madness war axe - 4 attack combo and decent base damage but hampered by the fact it's a blunt weapon these are the best weapons in the game with a solid enchant

whole lotta gang s#*! goin on rn, frostcrag spire gave me 2 storm atros as well somehow and we thuggin out here with the listener, a dark brotherhood recruit, the son of the emperor, and a dremora lord i summon

basically asking for 2 things, 1 to restore the cut madness armor style with the cooler looking face, as well as wondering if it's possible to make the golden saint and dark seducer armors into more armor pieces like a full set instead of only 3 pieces total

is it possible to break these armors up into like boots/greaves/cuirass etc instead of only 3 pieces total for the whole set - the shield helm and the rest in 1 piece

can anyone readd the cut madness armor please? for reference. the face looks a lot cooler and less of a mustached man than the current style
