Should i separately add all the clutter after creating the interior cell ? for example, tables, cupboards and beds, and chairs stay fixed to their spots without moving at all, so should they not be packed together with interior static collection ?

Thank you very much, the interior can now be made into static collection successfully. Are there some methods or mods to add these items mentioned here in this list to static collection too ?

This error is happening on vanilla fallout new vegas GOG version without any mods installed. Please help.
