Is there a Synthesis patcher or xEdit script to convert NPC faceparts to High Poly Head? I am compiling my appearance overhauls in EasyNPC and have various random NPCs without a HPH conversion. I'd like to be able to run through and convert them all at once

I am trying to determine the root cause of a particularly annoying CTD at boot and have had little luck thus far. Currently, SSE is crashing at the Bethesda logo, immediately after music begins to play. I was initially working on resolving some minor issues with JK's various mods and ELFX Exteriors, now my modlist is bricked lol. I have no idea how to interpret the crash log I am getting. I can't clearly identify a stack call to any specific plugin, so I'm at a loss. Widescreen Scale Remover is mentioned in the log but I haven't found any indication of issues with it. I have been running it on its current install for about two weeks now without incident. Hoping someone here can have a look. This issue is still unresolved for me after disabling the Skyrim VR in the extension manager plus a restart. Mods are still only listing association with Skyrim VR in the descriptions. I am running Vortex 1.13.7, which should be the latest version (as of when I am writing this).
