Thank you for your reply and the information. For more context, I'm in an Excellent relationship with Shadowheart (but not romanced/flirting/dating), and she's been in my party since the beginning of the run. Also, I haven’t romanced any other character. I'm going to try the Poly mod and see how it goes. I'll definitely give it another proper try in my second run, since my first playthrough is a co-op run currently in Act 3. I'll come back with the results! Thanks again!

Hello, after more than 50 hours of gameplay, I haven’t been able to unlock the romance with Shadowheart. I did some research on romances and realized that if you don't trigger the dialogue that starts the romance during the celebration after the battle against the goblins, it doesn't begin. Is this irreversible? Is there another way to unlock the romance (mods or edit the file.txt to change the relationship status from good friends to lovers ?) I find it really unfortunate that there’s only one opportunity to start the romance. Thank ^^
