I went back to the page I first saw it on and it no longer redirects me

Only running windows defender 6/30/2025 around 7:30 AM first time seeing still happening at 8:08 AM California, America I was on: Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (But this seems to happen on any mod page at least skyrim related) after a few seconds I was redirected to: Security center That information it spews is just the ooo spooky but not really threatening kind thats easy to get. If you click on the buttons or maybe just the site in general it fullscreens you, and I wasnt able to use esc to get out of it, I dont know if f11 would work but I just shut down my laptop and got out of it that way.
