I cant download mods and this error message is kept. Most modern version.

Newest update of vortex. Cobalt core, steam. to many to put. I tired all the fixes, and checked settings but that was no help. also had this error message which I tried all the troubleshooting notes

I checked settings and it’s all good there, (mods should be applied) One thing is that it’s saying extension failed to load, and I got this message even after trying all of the options it said, that could be the reason why.
