Does anyone know how i can get back to the main world and back to my playthrough? PLEASE!

I can't fix this. I tried everything I can think of. So is there a way I can bypass this quest and get out of The Pitt to continue my game.

After I talk to Ashur and he gets the intercom message then leaves. If I then take the baby (either by dialog with the mom or not) the game crashes as soon as I enter the next room with the turret. If I don't take the baby the game crashes when I try to exit Haven going to Uptown. Does this sound like a crash caused by a script? All help appreciated!

When i enter the Underworld Concourse for the first time via the museum everything that's not anchored down within the cell (NPCs, plungers, traffic cones, ect...) spawns inside me with 1 fps. If i tcl off my fps goes back to 59 capped and i can get free as well as all the other NPCs. Now if i tcl back on everyone will rubberband back to the spawn location in front of the museum door and back to 1 fps. All help appreciated!

When a model uses a texture. Is that relationship set by the Geck or by file path or filename? I've been doing some testing with FO3Edit but i feel like i'm getting mixed results.

I'm checking weapon textures in game by spawning them in and they all seem good except for the Mesmetron. Is the Mesmetron disabled until completing the Strictly Buisness quest?
