All mod manager downloads corrupt

Mod Organizer v2.1.3 -
All downloads I attempt with "Mod Manager Download" button are producing a corrupt archive. Won't open with Mod Manage, won't open with 7z, won't open with windows own zip file software. Nexus appears to be the website I have this problem on. Fortunately Manual Download still works fin for me, so I can still use Nexus. Hoping something isn't wrong with Nexus. If it's just me what can I even do to fix it?
