Okay, I'm a rookie at this so I just want a little help adding clothing before I try anything else. I want to put the Jill Valentine BSAA outfit in: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9499 but I've tried reading this helpfile and I'm still none the wiser so if anyone can give me a step by step guide in English I would be most grateful.
