im having the same problem my friend but i havent found any solution il keep you up to date if i find anything

okay now i was wondering what if supermutants could wear power armor it would be epic as hell considering how easy they are to kill imagine behemoths with power armor it would be awsome if anyone with this type of modding capabilities and time could make this u would be thanked and im sure this would be on the top 25 =)

id like that idea =D a vault with zombies and things also im not much of a modder x'D id be glad to help as much as i can thou :3 ive being dieing for a nemesis mod

hehe finnaly someone else who wants a nemesis in fallout 3 =) i like the idea of having him as a companion another good idea he could randomly pop up in the game and attack you and everytime you kill him you could get parts or something for a gun xDi could supply sound for you if you want i have a 2/3 second sound clip of him saying STARS! =) id like to help im not much of a modder ive only had fallout 3 for 10 days or more but ive done alot of modding in that time xD

could anyone tell me how ive seen this done in a mod the liberty prime companion mod id like to equip a collar or cloth item whatever so the npc will appear next to me =) please help it will be appreciated :happy:
