Funnily enough I loaded up my game and fast traveled to sanctuary and got exactly the same when walking in between the original story house and the green one next to it

So Im level 42 and I've been playing for roughly 88 hours (not too much) When I reinstalled Fallout 4, NMM and A bunch of mods Artefacts like this keep popping up on trees and buildings: And with the vents as it get closer to them there is more corruption: Does anyone have any ideas what it is? and how to fix it Thanks in advance
