I created a Fallout 4 mod request form where people can submit ideas for mods. You can find the form here All the results are publicly available so modders can use them for ideas.

First of all, I am not banned for anything, I was just browsing the forums and wanted to see what other were complaining about, so I can avoid the same fate. Second of all, I would like the thank all of the Moderators, Admins, and Premiums for dedicating, and spending their time and money to keep this site health, clean, and running for us to use for free. Hello, I am making a mod where the courier will travel to Cheyenne Mountain and the area surrounding it. If This ends up with a scrip, there are some possible ideas: 1). You will travel into the base and will stop the automated system from attacking the world with robots and nukes. 2). There is a technical faction in the base, maybe have the remnants of NORAD - Thanks to McclaudEagle for the Idea 3). Travel into the international space station, and onto the moon. 4). Normal people vs Feral ghouls Any other ideas are welcome! Will be using : Monster Mod and Speedy Resources, both free mods. I am looking for modelers, and maybe scripters (for a possible main quest). It will be Noncanon I am hoping that I can have new content and not end up like Angle Park (A DLC sized mod that was removed due to possible assets from Fallout 3 and it's DLCs (based of of what I saw)) If enough people request otherwise, the player will need to have Old World Blues and Lonesome Road. 9/23/2011 - This Mod is a WIP.

I Made a mod that is an entirely green Room In Fallout NV: Fallout NV GreenScreen Room - The best chroma keyer I know is Key light. It comes with after effects CS5 and from The Foundry

I am ok with geck but I am looking for some more advanced tutorials (For NV) For 3D stuff I have Blender, Maya 2011 and 3DS Max 2011 And I have Photoshop cs5, Gimp, and Corel X2 All this stuff is Legit and (I think) have the latest updates. If you really want to know how I got all this stuff, it because I am in 8th grade. - Here is a list of things I am looking for tutorials on: - 1. Making NPCs w/ custom animations 2. Making new weapons 3. Making armor 4. Making models 5. Importing Items with bones attached and textures 6. Making Scripts and Quests in Geck 7. And a general knowledge of how NIF scope works and how to use - Any information on any of these topics will be helpful I think that I might create a website will all the information that I receive to help future people find what they are looking for! Here are the system requirements for fallout 3: http://www.shacknews.com/article/55221/fallout-3-pc-system-requirements And it says nothing about Intel so, It is iffy
