  1. Go into program files/bethesda softworks/FNV/Data and check to make sure the .BSA texture folders are still there If they aren't I suggest reinstalling FNV
  2. There is no justified reason NATO or the U.S.A should be in Libya. For starters, The rebels are only a only a small majority within Libya. If Gaddafi was truly unpopular in Libya the war would have ended months ago. Ever since the military coup Gaddafi has been a legitimate, effective and mostly popular leader for decades which is more than can be said for many western leaders. If we remove Gaddafi from power why don't we remove leaders such as Fidel Castro,Hugo Chavez, Frank Bainimarama and Robert Mugabe?
  3. @Marharth. As much as I admire your reasons to discontinue your argument, You were always on the losing side of it. Communism is an ideololgy, a fools view of a "perfect world". True Marxist communism is just a political theory written in a book. There is no possible way a political system let alone a country, can run without leadership. Every communist nation on Earth past and present has either changed to a capitalist style enconomy (eg. China) or military dictatorship (North Korea) to ensure survival. Communism is just another way for leaders to enslave their countries to their will. And over the past 50 years countries in eastern europe, asia and africa have been bled white by communism and are still suffering the effects. In essence, Communism dosen't work.
  4. Russia would never ally with North Korea again because the only reason they supported them during the war was to aid the spread of communism. They would have nothing to gain and everything to lose by supporting north korea in a world war, Given the option they would probably attack north korea instead of risking war with the U.S. Even China is on America's side when it comes to policy north Korea. Kim Jong IL has no influence on the outside world and no-one would risk world war to defend him.
  5. The effects that you described sound more like they belong to a trait than a perk

    The Root

The one thing I don't get about America is the fact that you constantly *censored*(for lack of a better word) about petrol(sorry Gas) prices but still drive massive trucks and SUVs. Australia gets most of it's oil from Indonesia and the Bass strait but still has to pay around $1.40 a litre (just a bit more than 1/3 of a Gallon)
  7. I believe China will be the spark that sets off WW3 (no offense to any chinese present) for starters, if Russia was to start another world war they would have done so during the cold war. North Korea is pretty much on it's own when it comes to support and alliances. And dosen't have the ability to sustain it's forces in for long-term war. Iran's army would be smashed to pieces in the first months of war by U.S "shock and awe" tactics and with the support of Saudi arabia and the rest of the persian gulf. The majority of nations in the middle-east support the U.S anyway because of it's oil demand that keeps the middle-east wealthy and thier respective governments in power. China however is one of the largest military powers in the world and still growing stronger. China is importing most of it's resources from Africa to aid it's enconomy and their would be little hope of cutting supply lines during war. It has a growing population from which to conscript military personnel. Japan and south-east asia would be the first countries to be taken to avoid counter-attacks by American military and cutting off south korea forcing it to surrender.
