Those I don't know but you would be better off with AFT (Amazing Follower Tweaks) since it gives a spell that allows you to turn anyone into a follower without bugs (as far I have seen) as well as manage their inventory, clothing, fighting style, and more.

There's a mod for this already out, it's called Familiar Faces and it allows you to bring as many old characters of yours into a different save file. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54509/?

Something similar to what you're looked for. Its called Jaxonz renamer , it doesn't rename from inventory
